If you are an adult and do not wish to be photographed or have your image published, please contact us in advance at info@focps.org or inform our event organizers on the day. You retain the right to object to this processing at any time, and we will promptly remove any published image upon request.

 

11.2 Imagery of Children
We are committed to using images responsibly and ensuring the safety of children. We will never publish close-up, clearly identifiable images of children without first obtaining explicit, written opt-in consent from a parent or legal guardian. General crowd footage at large community events where individual children cannot be readily identified will be managed under our general event policy above. Parents and guardians may withdraw their consent or request the removal of an image at any time by emailing info@focps.org.
